5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual Programmes
Unless otherwise stated:
- cancellations more than 14 days before the programme start date may receive a refund less any administration fees;
- cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund;
- failure to attend a programme does not qualify for a refund.
Corporate Programmes
Corporate bookings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Cancellation terms for corporate engagements will be outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal.
6. Online Courses and Digital Products
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable licence to access the materials for your own personal or organisational use, depending on the licence purchased.
You may not:
- reproduce course materials;
- distribute materials;
- resell content;
- modify content for commercial purposes;
- share login details.
Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Pathways Group, including but not limited to:
- training materials;
- workbooks;
- presentations;
- videos;
- audio recordings;
- graphics;
- assessments;
- methodologies;
- written content;
- logos;
- branding;
- website content;
remains the intellectual property of The Pathways Group unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all participants.
Information shared during coaching, workshops, or consulting engagements will be treated confidentially unless:
- disclosure is required by law;
- there is a serious risk of harm;
- written permission has been provided.
Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants during group programmes.
9. Coaching and Development Disclaimer
Our coaching, consulting, and development services are designed to facilitate learning, awareness, leadership development, and professional growth.
They are not intended to replace:
- medical treatment;
- psychological therapy;
- psychiatric care;
- legal advice;
- financial advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation of any learning gained through our programmes.
We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes.
10. Health and Wellbeing
Some programmes include reflective exercises, personal development activities, or facilitated discussions.
Participants are encouraged to engage at a level that feels appropriate for them.
If you are currently experiencing significant mental health concerns or are under medical care, we encourage you to consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding your participation.
11. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environments.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:
- is abusive;
- discriminatory;
- disruptive;
- threatening;
- harassing;
- compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
No refund will be provided where removal is necessary due to misconduct.

You agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- upload malicious software;
- interfere with website functionality;
- use our content unlawfully.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
