Description
The leaders people trust and stay loyal to aren’t usually the most technically brilliant, they’re the ones who manage themselves well under pressure. This four-session program treats that as a learnable skill, not a personality trait. You’ll look at what dysregulation actually costs a business (turnover, slower decisions, a team that manages your moods instead of focusing on the work), how your emotional state spreads through your team faster than you realize, and a simple in-the-moment tool for creating space between a trigger and your response.
The back half of the program gets at where your default leadership reactions actually come from, and what it takes to lead from strength more often than from an old, automatic script. Every session is built around real workplace situations, board updates, delegation, tense conversations, not personal history or therapy-adjacent territory.
