Description
Most change efforts don’t fail because the strategy was wrong, they fail because the people living through it were never actually led through the transition, only told about it. This mini-course starts with the leader: understanding your own default pattern under uncertainty, before turning to how people genuinely move through change, how to communicate honestly when the details aren’t settled yet, and how to read resistance as information rather than an obstacle.
Six modules, ending with the real goal: a team that gets measurably better at handling change, instead of surviving each one from scratch.
